Why phone verification is part of every report
One trial in this very dataset shows overall status RECRUITING while all eight of its southeastern sites are individually SUSPENDED. Another lists a site as COMPLETED under a recruiting banner; a third's only Georgia site is NOT YET RECRUITING. Registry status is a starting point, not the truth. Every strong-candidate site gets a verification call before the patient's oncologist is asked to spend time on it.

This demo hand-analyzed the top 15 by local site presence; the production workbench evaluates the full set and ranks by fit.
